- 參加者所提供的資料將不可更改,所有資料均以Häagen-Dazs™存檔紀錄為準,重覆登記、錯誤或不完整的資料將被視作無效,主辦方亦有權因此取消其參加資格及/或得獎資格。
- 參加者所提供的個人資料會用作將來領獎時核對之用,如所提供的資料有錯漏或不正確,而導致本公司未能聯絡參加者或核實參加者的身份,有關參與資格將會作廢。
- 得獎者將於2023年1月10日或之前接獲專人通知及登記得獎。如於上述時間內未能聯絡上、於首次接獲得獎通知後於指定時間內未能提供中獎收據清晰照片及正本並完成登記的得獎者,將作棄權論。 獎品須由得獎者本人於指定日期內親身前往指定地點領取獎品或獎品換領信,不可授權代領。

- Participants must be a Hong Kong resident (holders of a valid HKSAR identity card) and aged 18 or above when register this promotion.
- Each valid electronic printed receipt or online store email confirmation letter can be registered once. Repeated and incorrect number, as well as incomplete, counterfeit, damaged (included damages caused during printing and other mistakes), edited, blurred, re-printed receipts, copy will not be accepted.
- The receipts must clearly indicate the shop name, serial number/ shop number, date and time of purchase, name of the product (a short form of product name also acceptable), the quantity of purchase and the price.
- The receipts issued during the promotional period (2022/12/1 to 2022/12/28) are eligible for this lucky draw. The registration time of the participant will be used to categorize the corresponding Weekly Awards draw to be joined . Each valid receipt cannot be used again in another round. All receipts with a repeated or registered number will become invalid.
For example: For the Phase 1 Registration Period , 2022/12/01-2022/12/07, the participant with the purchasing date of 2022/12/04 receipt, and registered on 2022/12/04, will be considered as the participant of Phase 1 Weekly Award. Otherwise, if the participant registered on 2022/12/09, the record will be considered as the participants of Phase 2 Weekly Award, and so on. - The number of times of participation is not limited but every receipt can only win once for Weekly Prize. Every registration can only participate in the lucky draw in the corresponding round and cannot be accumulated to other rounds. - Participants cannot change the submitted information. The information in the registration record of the Organizer’s computer system is final and conclusive. Repeated, wrong or incomplete registration will be regarded as invalid registration. Under such circumstances, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the relevant participants and/or winners.
- The personal information provided by participants will be checked when they receive prizes. If the provided personal information is incorrect or incomplete, our company may be unable to contact the winners and check their identity. He/she will then be disqualified.
- Winners will be informed by the Organizer on or before 10th January 2023. Winners must bring along the original copy of their receipt or the online store email confirmation letter to redeem the prize in person at designated redemption. The Organizer will not be responsible and will not provide any compensate in any form in the event that winners provided incorrect information, failure to verify their winner’s qualification due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, or the winners cannot receive prize redemption notification or cannot redeem the prizes. The organizer reserves the right of disqualifying. For the purchases completed online, the billing date/code will replace the receipt date/code.
- Winners must provide valid Hong Kong ID cards and a notification message when receiving the prizes.
- All pictures and the size of the prizes are only for reference. For details of merchant cash voucher terms and conditions, please refer to the merchant cash voucher, or check with the designated merchants.
- All winners are picked randomly by drawing lots. Winners are advised to check the prizes. No returns, exchanges for cash, other services and products are provided after completing the redemption.
- Any participant participating in this promotion shall constitute their agreement and acceptance to the terms and conditions of this promotion. If a participant violates any of the terms and conditions of this promotion, the Organizer reserves the absolute right to disqualify the participant/winner.
- All participants’ information (including information registered and registration time) will be based on the data collected by the Organizer’s computer system. - The prizes are not resalable, returnable nor redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any products or offers. Any unused prizes, services and related entitlements will be cancelled after any validity date expires, and without compensation.
- The Organizer is not the supplier/manufacturer of the prizes of this promotion. The prizes are provided by the Organizer on an “as-is” basis.
